Are You a Good Manager

A third of workers don’t consider their boss a good leader, according to a poll conducted by e-learning firm SkillSoft of more than 200 U.S. workers, in which four out of ten have been working in their field for more than a decade.

More than 35 per cent of the employees polled did not consider their boss a leader and 30 per cent did not think they were qualified to do their job.
