There are a number of great free web resources for HR. There are a number of them I use at my web site but I always caution my users to use them with open eyes. The web is excellent for research so you can ask a paid professional intelligent questions. It is also a great resource to confirm information that you get by other means. It is a bit more risky to assume everything you find is accurate and true. So keep it real and understand what you are getting when using the web!
